Sick leave applications are mainly addressed to institutions or heads of institutions by students, parents, and job holders, especially to get leave if they are not well and unable to attend the institutions. A sick leave application reveals the reasons for applicants' difficulties in not attending their institution.

Some Tips to Write an Application for Sick Leave
Your application must be written in a very polite manner that represents the request for leave and sounds real.
You have to mention the real purpose specifically for which you are requesting to leave.

The application should be written concisely and to the point.
